Maintenance Supervisor (Rotating Shifts)

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join the Can Art Aluminum team! Help lead our Maintenance department and help ensure the smooth operation of our aluminum extrusion manufacturing processes.

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Maintenance Supervisor in the aluminum extrusion manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for supervising the Maintenance team. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Leadership, Management and Team Building:

Employee Health and Safety:* Maintain a safe and organized work environment by maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures

Operations Administration:* Responsible for accurate reporting in maintenance activities, daily shift reports, weekly overtime, time and attendance.

WHO YOU ARE* AEC/ DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate - Millwright or Electrician preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATION* Office Hours: Must be available to work 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule every two weeks, including both day and off shifts. Off shift options are afternoons (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM) or nights (11:00 PM to 7:30 AM).
