Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in performing industrial maintenance tasks.

- Manage and prioritize maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion of work orders.

- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, troubleshooting mechanical issues and providing solutions.

- Oversee the maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment.

- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and inventory management.

Skills:

- Experience in trouble shooting electrical systems

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of technicians.

- Extensive knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures.

- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of various types of machinery and equipment.

- Experience in maintenance management, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks.

- Familiarity with facilities management principles and practices.

- Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as schematics and blueprints.

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Pay: $31.61 - $38.07 per hour
