We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of up to 15 members in executing maintenance activities to ensure our asset management processes are followed consistently. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation and longevity of our Boron plant, while performing ongoing improvement initiatives and innovative maintenance plans.

While working, you’ll report to the Maintenance Superintendent, and your duties will include:
- Leading the team to complete plant maintenance activities in a safe and efficient way.
- Understanding and applying approved maintenance work processes while ensuring compliance with planned and scheduled work orders.
- Allocating maintenance coverage for breakdowns and resolving issues related to planned maintenance activities, maintenance shutdowns, etc.
- Distributing work to team members and collaborating with planners and other supervisors to plan and schedule work activities.
- Ensuring work is completed in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement and soliciting input from other team members.
- Your commitment to keep each other safe.
- A high school diploma GED.
- A valid state driver’s license.
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance, operations or similar fields.- Experience supervising a team.
- Mechanical or Electrical Experience in manufacturing or troubleshooting mining equipment.
- Computer skills in SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of MSHA regulations.
