The Maintenance Supervisor will lead and coordinate the ongoing activities of the Maintenance processes. The Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate the activities for all Maintenance activities and personnel necessary for a safe and efficient operation.

This is a position requiring excellent technical and leadership skills. The incumbent must be sufficiently knowledgeable of industry practices and regulations to apply them to planning and execution within the Neegan Organization. Must have sufficient knowledge of maintenance equipment to effectively organize and use the maintenance group to meet all the quality and quantity availability requirements.
Communication skills necessary to receive and respond to the daily feedback monitoring and reporting requirements of leadership and subordinate personnel.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician
Consistently demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement in a team-operating framework
Consistently demonstrated ability to deliver HSE performance success
Consistently demonstrated production, cost and schedule performance excellence
Experience in civil construction/mining contract support an asset
