Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in industrial maintenance, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely. This role requires effective management skills to lead a team of maintenance technicians while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Maintain and troubleshoot various systems, including HVAC, electrical, and low/high voltage systems.

•

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.

•

Manage repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently to minimize downtime.

•

Provide training and mentorship to maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols.

•

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the facility.

•

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed and parts used.

Requirements

•

Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role with a focus on mechanical systems.

•

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage applications.

•

Familiarity with using voltmeters and other diagnostic tools for troubleshooting.

•

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.

•

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing safety standards.
