Shift & Schedule: This position will be based at our Crystal Springs, MS production plant and will support our shift working Monday - Friday: 1st Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm How You'll Make An Impact
- Ensure all activities are conducted safely, addressing health and safety risk analysis.
- Manage outsourced activities, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Perform necessary transactions in SAP for purchasing materials and equipment.
- Plan and execute daily preventive maintenance activities.
- Oversee maintenance execution from health, safety, and quality perspectives.
- Develop procedures, instructions, and documents for maintenance activities.
- Support team members' training and development.
- Associate degree (or significant relevant experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisor role.
- Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, as well as PLC and CNC equipment.
- Proficiency in total preventive maintenance.
- Experience using SAP is a plus.
