GENERAL SUMMARY
Provide the leadership and supervision for the Maintenance Support group that provides direct support to the Maintenance Department as well as indirect support for most plant organizations. This position is responsible for Maintenance Support processes, programs and resources in support of the Strategic Objectives of Energy Northwest.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and six years of experience in a business or production environment of which two years are in nuclear power plant operations, maintenance or engineering
OR An Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university and eight years of experience in a business or production environment of which two years are in nuclear power plant operations, maintenance or engineering
OR High school diploma or GED and ten years of experience in a business or production environment of which two years are in nuclear power plant operations, maintenance or engineering
Typically, selected candidates are hired between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on applicable experience and qualifications, market rate, internal equity, and budgetary allowances.
Offers will be negotiated based on each candidate's qualifications.
This role may be eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
