- Vision careThe Maintenance Foreman plays a critical leadership role within our fleet operations. Reporting directly to the Fleet Manager, this position is responsible for leading and developing our maintenance team, proactively maintaining and repairing our heavy equipment fleet, and ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. The Maintenance Foreman ensures all repairs and services are documented, parts are managed efficiently, and the shop and service truck follow 3S principles (Sort, Sweep, Standardize) daily.
This role is ideal for a strong hands on technician who is ready to step into leadership or an experienced foreman looking for a high impact environment in the aggregates and mobile crushing industry.
- 3+ years experience as a heavy equipment mechanic or maintenance person is required.
- Welding and fabrication skills are required for performing repairs, bucket repairs, guard fabrication, and other field/shop weld work.
- Licensed Heavy Equipment Technician certification is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Experience performing preventive maintenance (PM) services and building maintenance schedules is an asset.
- An understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems is required.
- Experience working with crushers or in the aggregates industry is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of computers, emailing, and filling out job reports is required.
- Strong relationship building skills with suppliers and vendors.Able to encourage, train, and mentor equipment technicians.
- Works well with people at all levels:operators, techs, and leadership.

- Monday- Friday
- 55-65 hours per week.

- Work closely with the Fleet Manager to reduce downtime and improve fleet reliability.
