The Opportunity

Join Hitachi Energy and play a key role in driving operational excellence and sustainability. As a Maintenance Planner Scheduler, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory goals are met through proactive planning and collaboration. This is your chance to make a real impact by coaching an engaged workforce and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

- Develop and maintain accurate maintenance schedules to meet deadlines.

- Prioritize work orders and ensure timely execution.

- Monitor safety compliance and conduct audits.

- Drive actions to improve quality and yield performance.

- Collaborate with production control for on-time delivery.

- Manage inventory accuracy and support sourcing of parts/tools.

- Build job plans including BOMs and ensure complete kitting.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives and technician training.

Your Background

- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Experience in maintenance planning, materials coordination, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of SAP (CMMS) and MS Office tools.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to shift assignments.

- Preferred: Transformer manufacturing experience.
