Machinist – CNC & Manual (Haas / Hydraulic Cylinder Rebuild Shop)

Location: Kent County, MI Company: Rightman Hydraulics

Rightman Industrial is hiring a skilled machinist to support our growing hydraulic cylinder rebuild division. You’ll be responsible for running Haas CNC lathes and mills, programming parts in Fusion 360, and assisting with related shop tasks that support hydraulic component repair and manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

- Set up and operate Haas CNC lathes and mills for precision part production.

- Create and modify programs using Fusion 360.

- Operate manual lathes and Bridgeport mills for one-off or prototype work.

- Machine hydraulic cylinder rods, glands, pistons, and other custom components.

- Assist with polishing, cleaning, or part prep as needed.

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of CNC machining experience.

- Proficiency with Fusion 360 or similar CAM software.

- Hands-on experience with Haas CNC equipment required.

- Ability to read blueprints and hold tight tolerances.

- Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to help where needed.

Pay & Schedule

- $27 – $32.00/hr, based on experience.

- Full-time, first shift. Overtime available.
