Candidate will be required to perform the duties of Manual Machinist. This includes, but is not limited to,
- Primarily- Working with Manual Mill/Lathe machines for small and large part machining.
- Secondarily- Working with a CNC 3 and 4axis machining centers and working with a CNC 3 axis lathe.
- Working with support machines common in a machine shop and grinding shop environment.
- Working independently with minimal supervision.
- Taking projects from work order/paper drawing to finished part, including logging into and out of jobs via computer.
- Responsible for work quality of projects.
- Any other work or support needed in the shop
- 1st shift position, 40 hours per week. Overtime as needed

A performance review will be conducted 90 days after hire to assess eligibility for a wage adjustment. Any increase will be based on demonstrated proficiency in operating manual machinery, a solid understanding of machining setups and processes, and consistent efficiency in daily work performance.
