Machine Operator

We're looking for a skilled and safety-minded Machine Operator to join our team at Superior. If you have a knack for operating machinery and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate manufacturing equipment to produce Superior Industries' products in a safe and efficient manner.

- Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime.

- Communicate any major repair or maintenance needs to the maintenance department.

- Complete job orders according to the production schedule.

- Ensure that production meets or exceeds Superior Industries' high-quality standards.

Compensation

- The starting pay range for this position is $18-$22 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

- Night shift positions receive an additional $3 per hour shift differential.

Shift

- Days: 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday

- Nights: 4:30pm - 3:00am Monday through Thursday

Qualifications

- Experience operating machinery with a strong focus on safety.

- Skilled in basic math and accurate use of a 20-foot tape measure.

- Knowledge of daily preventive maintenance and equipment care.

- Strong communication skills, especially in reporting repair needs.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines.

- General mechanical understanding
