We are a fast-growing petroleum services company with a strong footprint in Ontario and have expanded our sales to QC, BC and MB. As part of our continued expansion, we are investing in the growth of our lubricants division. We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Lubricants Sales Manager to lead sales growth, develop new markets, and help build a high-performing Lubricants sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute sales strategies to increase lubricant volumes across Ontario, with a focus on B2B customers in transportation, construction, manufacturing, and agriculture.
•Identify and pursue new customer opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and build long-term customer relationships.
•Maintain and grow existing accounts through excellent service, regular site visits, and product support.
•Help shape the future lubricants sales team; assist in recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring sales reps as the division scales.
•Contribute to short- and long-term planning for the lubricants’ business, including pricing, promotions, and supplier relationships.
•Work closely with operations, customer service, and marketing to ensure timely deliveries, strong service levels, and consistent messaging.
•Track performance metrics, customer activity, and sales targets using CRM tools and regular reporting.
•Maintaining and expanding knowledge of our products and competitive offerings and keeping up-to-date with developments in Fuels, Lubricants and Petroleum Industry
Requirements:
•5+ years of experience in lubricants, fuels, or industrial B2B sales.
•Proven track record of growing a customer base and exceeding sales targets.
•Solid understanding of automotive, heavy-duty, or industrial lubricant applications.
•Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to build something from the ground up.
•Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
•Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Ontario (field work expected).
•Experience with CRM tools (we use Zoho CRM) and Microsoft Office.
Compensation:
•Competitive base salary of $90,000.00 per annum + commission
