Loader Operator

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Running Front End Loader to feed bins and stockpile materials, routine maintenance, and other duties as assigned at the Asphalt plant.

Minimum Shift Requirements;

M-F 6am to 4pm

Saturdays, Sundays and Nightshift – when requested by customer or management

Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Direct incoming stock trucks where to dump

Maintain a clean and orderly stock yard, loader, and plant facility

Perform pre-shift inspection on loader

Maintain good customer relations at all times

Operate all mobile equipment on site when necessary

Assist in plant maintenance during downtime, breakdowns, and winter months

Summary

Must demonstrate the qualification necessary to perform Loader Operator essential duties and responsibilities through demonstration, training, and/or experience. Must demonstrate the ability to carry out work instructions and communicate in writing the required asphalt related paperwork. Ability to recognize potential issues with safety, plant, production, supply, and logistics of material and customer job requirements. Must demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $21.90 - $24.70 per hour
