Loader Operator

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment and possess knowledge of various construction machinery.

Duties:

- Operate and maintain loaders in a safe and efficient manner

- Perform tasks such as bulldozing, digging, paving, and loading trucks

- Utilize water trucks for dust control on job sites

- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment to prevent breakdowns

- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on construction sites

Requirements:

- Proven experience in commercial driving and heavy equipment operation

- Familiarity with operating bulldozers, dump trucks, graders, and water trucks

- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor equipment issues

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices
