Liquor Store Clerk

ARC Liquor on Glenmore is looking for a Liquor Store Clerk to join our team! The successful applicant will be:

- 19 Years of age with, or able to easily obtain, a valid Serving it Right certificate

- Legally allowed to work in Canada in a liquor store

- Experienced in operating a point-of-sale terminal with excellent cash management skills

- Able to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a clean, well-stocked and organized store

- Passionate about the wine industry and up to date on the latest craft beers and spirits

- Able to assist with & make product recommendations to customers in all areas of the store

- A self starter who enjoys working in a dynamic team environment

- Able to communicate effectively with impeccable English

- Able to perform physically demanding work including standing for an 8 hr shift, lifting up to 50 lbs onto a 60" high shelf

- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays

- Experienced in sales and customer service preferably in the beer, wine and liquor field

This position is open to candidates who are legally eligible to work in Canada without requiring employer sponsorship.

Full-time hours: 30-40 per week
