About Us

We are expanding across South Florida and are looking for a highly experienced Master Electrician or Lead Electrician to support and oversee our electrical work.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Master Electrician (or highly experienced licensed electrician) with strong residential experience in South Florida. This role requires someone who understands Miami-Dade inspections, permitting, and electrical codes, and can ensure all work is completed to the highest standards.

You will play a key role in executing projects, guiding teams, and ensuring compliance with all local regulations.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and perform residential electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs

- Ensure all work complies with Miami-Dade and South Florida electrical codes and inspection requirements

- Handle or assist with permitting and inspections when required

- Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and electrical plans

- Supervise and guide electricians, apprentices, and helpers

- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide solutions

- Coordinate with project managers and other trades on-site

- Maintain high-quality, clean, and professional work standards

Requirements

- Master Electrician license OR Journeyman with extensive experience

- Proven experience working in Miami / South Florida residential projects

- Strong knowledge of local inspections, permitting process, and NEC/code compliance

- Ability to work independently and lead jobs from start to finish

- Experience managing or guiding teams is a strong plus

- Reliable transportation

- Professional, detail-oriented, and dependable

Schedule

- Shift Options:

- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

- Weekend availability encouraged

- Saturday work available with additional pay incentives

Compensation
