The Opportunity

The Legal Assistant is responsible for the administrative and coordination functions for the Legal team. In this role you will prepare legal documents, draft and review commercial leases, complete legal processes, collect/organize/enter data into the applicable databases and systems.

+ Coordination and administration (preapproval, approval, store creation, announcements, etc.) + With the assistance of the team, negotiate, draft, review and amend commercial leases and lease documents, sublease agreements, lease surrenders, lease assignments and renewals. + Corporate filings such as corporate registrations, renewals, annual filings and amendments. + Data entry and maintenance of various systems.
