About the Job

Location:

Flexible (preference for Denver/Boulder metro area, New York City, or Boston)

Description:

Critical in-house legal hire to build out the Legal function and support the company’s commercial, financial, and development goals. Well-suited candidates will be eager to engage in review of the most critical contractual arrangements, along with building processes, tools, and strategies around complex problems to enable the company’s projects to be successfully deployed. The role will support project development, negotiations of key project contracts (e.g. LGIA, EPC, procurement, offtake), financing / M&A transactions, regulatory items, and corporate matters.
