Leave Administrator Analyst

Basic Function

HF Sinclair is seeking a Leave Administrator Analyst in Dallas, TX who will be responsible for managing and coordinating various employee leave programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Job Duties

Experience

A minimum of three (3) years of job-related experience is required.

Education Level

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Relations, Business, or a related field, or four years of additional related work experience, is required.

Preferred Education

A Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business is preferred.

Required Skills

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibility

Provides mentoring guidance to less experienced HR staff and managers

Work Conditions

Office based.
