Leasing Agent

This is a hybrid role located in Texas. As a leasing agent, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing mineral and surface rights agreements necessary for the exploration, development, and production of oil and gas resources. The role involves extensive communication with landowners, research of property ownership records, preparation of legal documentation, and collaboration with landmen, legal teams, and geologists to support drilling programs.
