About the Role

Client is seeking a Learning Technical Trainer II to plan, develop, and deliver standardized training programs for business systems and enterprise applications. This role focuses on empowering super users and end users across ERP systems like Infor, Kronos, Concur, and Office 365.

The ideal candidate is passionate about learning delivery, instructional design, and process improvement — ensuring that all business system training aligns with organizational and regulatory goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deliver technical and business system training.

- Facilitate in-person and virtual learning sessions for enterprise systems (ERP, Kronos, etc.).

- Maintain training curriculum and test environments.

- Collaborate with ERP, HR, Supply Chain, and IT teams to align learning content.

- Evaluate learning impact and apply learning analytics for continuous improvement.

- Support the development of training materials and manage ongoing learning updates.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree required.

- 5+ years of experience in developing, designing, and delivering training programs.

- Hands-on experience training on ERP systems (Infor preferred)

- Hands on Workforce tools like Kronos.

- Strong communication and instructional design skills.

- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content development tools preferred.
