Under broad guidance, the Learning & Development Intern is responsible for supporting the department with various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee development and organizational learning. This role will assist in collecting and entering historical training documents and data, assist in development of training materials, interactive learning activities, and supporting ongoing L&D programs.
College student actively enrolled in an accredited higher education institution pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Education, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Communications, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Valid Driver’s License from state of residence or dependable transportation to and from work
