Position Specific Description

This position is responsible for leading development, maintenance, and improvement of standard processes for onboarding new renewable energy assets into operations. Proficiency with Python, AI, and advanced automation programming languages is required.


Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Lead development of new business processes, including cross-functional process mapping and development of task details and deliverables, to translate processes into standardized workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve cross-functional agreement on the processes. Translate these processes into digital workflows using an in-house workflow automation platform. Maintain process documentation in alignment with real process execution and workflow automation.

- Develop business analytics and intelligence to monitor process health, provide business intelligence, analyze improvement opportunities, and allow data-driven decisions. Monitor process health, identify issues and opportunities, and lead action to resolve or enhance.

- Evaluate and lead development of process improvement solutions, possibly including process changes, detailed processes or procedures, standardization, tool development, automations, data structures, or software systems. Identify waste, seek efficiencies, and drive process improvement and standardization.

- Manage, review and develop python, power platform or advanced programming scripts to drive AI , automation.

- Coordinate a portfolio of process improvement projects, led by multiple people, for an integrated, efficient approach to improving overall processes.

- Develop and deliver training and leadership update presentations

- Perform other duties as assigned


Job Overview

Employees in this role are responsible for utilizing Six Sigma and QI Story tools and techniques to coach and lead teams in key business improvement projects within the business unit or as a corporate function. Individuals lead or assist teams comprised of cross-departmental members to execute on business improvement efforts and projects assigned by management.


Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Identifies issues and challenges, measures and validates results, and implements solutions

- Develops control plans to ensure continuation of project improvements after project completion

- Ensures all project documentation is maintained accurately

- Assists with projects to successful completion within the committed time frame

- Performs other job-related duties as assigned


Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree

- Experience: 6+ years

- Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
