Lead Building Maintenance Mechanic

Under the supervision of the Western Mass Facilities Supervisor, the Building Maintenance Mechanic

responsibilities include corrective and preventive maintenance on HVAC system, plumbing, and electrical equipment, Assist the Facilities Supervisor in maintaining a clean and safe work environment, scheduling contractors for repairs and inspections ,ensuring they working to the expectations of the Facilities Department.

This is a Fully Qualified Building Maintenance Mechanic Position with a location of Hadley, MA

Under limited supervision, the candidate will perform the essential functions of a skilled Building Maintenance Mechanic.

This is a Union Position. Union members with bargaining rights will be given first consideration.

The working hours are 7:00am - 3:00pm M-F
