Lead Installation Specialist – Architectural Metal Division

We are an elite architectural metalworks company seeking a skilled and detail-oriented installation specialist who will be cross-trained in machine cutting, finishing and Powder Coating products to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reading blueprints, final installation, preparing projects, cutting materials, sanding prepping, powder coating and milling parts to meet project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately

- Knowledgeable with power tools

- Quality Control: Maintain stringent quality assurance protocols, inspecting finished products for compliance with specifications and structural integrity.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure timely project delivery, contributing to problem-solving and process improvements.

- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company protocols, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

- Installation Responsibilities: Assist in the on-site installation of fabricated components, ensuring accurate fit and alignment as per project requirements.

- Prepare and set up materials for cutting

- Operate cutting and milling machines to produce parts according to specifications

- Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the cutting process

- Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations

- Sand and prep products for Powder Coating

- Complete all aspects of Powder Coating products

Qualifications:

- Experience using all hand tools

- Previous experience in metal cutting or fabrication preferred

- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints

- Experience with milling and cutting equipment

- Strong attention to detail and precision

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of safety practices in a manufacturing environment

- Previous experience with powder coating is preferred but willing to train the right candidate
