Our long-time HVAC lead is preparing for retirement, and we’re seeking a skilled, motivated professional to take the reins and help us refresh and rebuild our HVAC division from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee and lead the revitalization of our HVAC department

Perform installations, troubleshooting, and repairs across a range of HVAC systems

Bring a strong focus to oil-fired heating systems (boilers and furnaces)

Collaborate with leadership to build efficient processes, service offerings, and a high-performing team

Deliver exceptional customer service and mentor future technicians

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience in installation, service, and repair

Deep knowledge of oil-fired systems (boilers and furnaces required)Strong leadership qualities and a self-starting mindset

Ability to balance hands-on work with strategic vision

Relevant HVAC certifications/licensing preferred

Compensation:

Competitive base salary

Commission on completed work and department performance
