Lead Commercial HVAC Technician

Position: Commercial HVAC Foreman Location: Northern Kentucky Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week with potential overtime

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman to lead a small crew (2–3 team members) on multiple commercial projects throughout the Northern Kentucky area. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both technical expertise and strong crew management capabilities.
