We specialize in maintenance, repairs, installations, and air quality solutions for both residential and commercial clients.

We’re looking for a performance-driven HVAC Service Technician who values transparency, honesty, and top-tier customer service. This is a performance-based pay role, meaning your earnings are based on your skill, efficiency, and ability to educate customers—not just fixing things and moving on.

Proven HVAC Service Experience – You’ve worked in the field and can handle anything thrown at you.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose & Repair HVAC Systems – Troubleshoot and fix residential and commercial HVAC issues efficiently.

•

Maximize Service Revenue – Identify and communicate necessary repairs while letting the customer decide on next steps.

•

Educate Customers, Don’t Sell to Them – Be fully transparent about their system’s condition and let them choose what’s best.

•

Stay on Top of ServiceTitan Updates – Leverage every new feature to improve efficiency, job tracking, and customer experience.

Accurate Job Documentation – Keep clear, detailed notes in ServiceTitan for every service call.

•

Go Above & Beyond for Customers – Build trust, maintain professionalism, and ensure every job ends with a satisfied client.
