HVAC – Commercial Technician and Lead

· You will receive a FULLY STOCKED TAKE HOME service truck with paid auto insurance, gas card, company cell phone, and tablet for paperless ticketing and dispatching.

Duties/Responsibilities

· Train and mentor techs as needed, sharing your knowledge to elevate skills and performance across the board

· Run service calls when the team needs you, balancing leadership with your love for the craft.

· Lead special projects - Take on unique challenges that push our service capabilities forward.

· Troubleshoot, repair, and install commercial HVAC equipment

Qualifications and Requirements:

· 5-10 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician

· Industry licenses and certifications are required (EPA required)

· Proficiency in roof top units, split systems, and chillers of 5-250 tons

· Understand basic controls, airflow, and static pressure

· Strong client service and communication skills

· Exposure to major brands of equipment

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred

· Able to work irregular and extended hours

· Ability to pass background screen, drug screen, and clean MVR

· Attics, crawl spaces, garages, and roof tops

· Be able to maintain standing/walking position for 70-80% of the working day/week

· Excessive heat and cold

· Must be able to climb up to 40 feet using extension ladder

· Overtime may be required to complete project based on customer requirements
