Lead Acquisition Specialist
JOB OVERVIEW:
Werner Roofing is an elite exterior contractor serving West Michigan’s lakeshore communities. We are a family run enterprise, and proud member of the Infinity Home Services group of companies.
As our Lead Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sales enablement and drive Brand growth initiatives through management of all incoming leads from a variety of sources and executing responses. Oversee the client communication and appointment setting process, teeing up our sales team for success!
As an essential part of the Customer Experience and Sales teams, reporting to Kollin Werner the Company’s General Manager, you will work cross-functionally with our Sales Department, providing excellence in pre-production customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Pipeline Management
•Manage and track new leads in CRM to ensure a consistent and healthy pipeline.
•Assess lead sources and implement measures to optimize lead generation and ROI.
•Work closely with the sales team to align lead flow strategies with appointment goals.
•Monitor lead dispositions and address bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the conversion funnel.
Analytics & Reporting
•Review and interpret marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
•Provide insights to optimize marketing performance and enhance overall lead quality.
•Analyze past campaigns to refine future marketing efforts.
•Report on marketing analytics to different stakeholders.
Social Media & Brand Awareness
•Support social media scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.
•Assist in content creation and amplification for social platforms.
Google Local Services & Online Review Management
•Manage Google Local Services Ads, optimizing performance and handling dispute resolution.
•Monitor and respond to customer reviews, ensuring timely and professional engagement.
•Implement strategies to encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews.
REQUIREMENTS
•Familiarity managing lead from acquisition to close in a variety of CRM, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
•Demonstrate experience in Lead Acquisition by providing measurable and sustained performance metrics
•Excellent time management and organizational skills.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
•Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams.
•Ability to work non-standard or circumstantial hours on occasion.

COMPENSATION
The compensation range for this position is $26.44 - $33.65 per hour depending on a variety of circumstances.
