Job Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join the top-performing lead gen team in Western New York. In this role, you'll use cutting-edge tools and training to identify qualified prospects through various outreach methods. Your main goal is to spark interest in future or immediate home exterior services by offering free inspections for roofs, siding, windows, gutters, and more. These inspections, encouraged annually by NYS and insurance companies, are performed by our Home Specialists, who provide a detailed analysis with photos/videos and propose the best solutions, including potential insurance coverage. Your efforts directly fuel our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is highly self-sufficient, reliable, and excels in one-on-one communication and problem-solving. A passion for helping homeowners plan their home improvement projects is key. Personal transportation is required.
Responsibilities:
•Attend 3 weekly in-office meetings where constant training and education will be provided.
•Study our tools and training documents to ensure you are extremely familiar with the Stellar Process and the inspection process conducted by our sales personnel/specialist.
•Conduct brief and simple research daily, in order to find several areas with homes in need of evaluations and services. You will do this by using our robust apps and tools provided, along with training on using them properly.
•Work within targeted areas with efficiency and prioritize speaking to as many homeowners as possible.
•Problem solve with customers by using your knowledge provided, to properly convey why certain issues on the exterior of their home can lead to bigger issues on the inside, if they are left undiagnosed.
•Report your conversational data to your team manager weekly, discuss a plan of improvement for the following week, and be coachable so that we can help you join our top performers.
•Work to improve and hit your goals in order to maximize the opportunity and achieve one or more of the weekly bonuses provided.
Skills:
•Excellent verbal communication skills.
•Proven experience in communication, sales, marketing, or customer service
•Ability to be self accountable to work 30-40 effective hours per week as you will typically be working alone and not under direct supervision.
•Ability to communicate and follow up with prospects in your pipeline, upper management, and your fellow teammates
•Familiarity with the Stellar way of doing business and helping homeowners
•Ability to effectively market our free service to potential clients.
•Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships and problem solving.
•Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
•A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during outreach efforts.
