Our team is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated Lead Qualification Specialist to help fuel our growth by connecting with potential customers, qualifying sales opportunities, and ensuring a seamless hand-off to our Building Sales Specialists.

Position Overview:
As a Lead Qualification Specialist, you will be the first voice our prospects hear — playing a key role in identifying serious buyers, gathering key information, and setting the sales team up for success. You’ll manage incoming leads, conduct outreach, and profile potential customers to help grow our customer base and strengthen our pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
•Rapidly follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns via phone, email, and text.
•Initiate outbound contact to prospects who have shown interest but have not yet engaged.
•Qualify and prioritize leads based on specific sales criteria and project readiness.
•Gather and record detailed prospect information into the CRM for sales team handoff.
•Identify potential opportunities and obstacles early to streamline the sales process.
•Communicate clearly and warmly with prospects to build trust and encourage engagement.
•Track lead status and provide feedback on lead quality to improve marketing campaigns.
•Support the sales team by scheduling follow-up appointments or call-backs as needed.
What We're Looking For:

•Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with light supervision.
•Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to keep track of many leads at once.
•Ability to manage a high volume of contacts, especially during peak seasons.
•Prior experience in a lead generation, sales support, or call center environment is a plus.
•Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus — but we will train the right candidate!
