We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Shop Manager to lead and oversee our fabrication operations.

Position Overview:

The Shop Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the shop floor, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, fabrication experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously.
