About Red Chris

Our Red Chris Mine, located in the heart of Northern British Columbia on the traditional territory of the Tahltan Nation. A short distance from Iskut and Dease Lake, Our fly-in, fly-out site offers access from various points across British Columbia and Alberta. Red Chris currently operates as an open-pit copper and gold mine with a promising future to transition to a high-value underground block cave operation. TheBusiness Improvement Leader supports and drives business improvement initiatives and manages the improvement pipeline across the Red Chris Mine value chain, aligning company-wide Edge Performance strategies to deliver measurable value

Your Work Environment

Location: Red Chris Mine (fly-in/fly-out role)

Rotation: 15 days onsite / 13 days offsite

Conditions: Onsite in a remote mining environment, engaging with multiple operational departments

Requirements: Must pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing, and comply with all PPE and safety protocols

The expected salary range for this role is CA$126,200-168,300 . This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
