Job Title: Lead, Strategy and Transformation

Summary:
We are looking for a bold and forward-thinking leader to shape the future of enterprise transformation. As the Lead, Strategy and Transformation, you will play a critical role in steering how we govern, prioritize, and deliver our most strategic initiatives.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to influence enterprise-wide investment decisions, optimize resource and scope deployment with enterprise change management in mind, and embed adaptive delivery practices that drive long-term value.
You will be a key advisor to senior executives, ensuring our transformation agenda is aligned, funded, and executed with precision and agility. You will lead a team who facilitates enterprise strategy at the C-Suite, owns reporting for the segment, annual planning orchestration and refinement as well as being the key liaison to enterprise finance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise-wide intake, prioritization, and governance of transformation initiatives and KTLO workload supply and demand.
- Align investment decisions with strategic objectives, (where none exist work with leadership to create them), capacity realities, and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with Finance and Business Leaders to optimize funding strategies and track ROI across the portfolio
- Maintain a real-time, enterprise-wide view of resource supply and demand.
- Collaborate with HR and delivery leaders to forecast capability needs and ensure the right talent is deployed at the right time.
- Champion the shift toward agile, iterative delivery models across business and technology teams.
- Develop and evolve frameworks, playbooks, and KPIs that support adaptive planning and continuous value delivery.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and customer-centricity.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on strategic trade-offs and transformation progress.
- Drive alignment through structured governance forums and transparent, data-driven reporting.- Minimum 10+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, strategy execution, or PMO leadership.
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree in a Business or Computer Science
- Proven success leading large-scale portfolios and cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed environments.
- Deep expertise in both traditional and agile delivery methodologies.
- Proven team management with an emphasis on empowerment to drive speed.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in investment planning and benefits realization.
- Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven skill in working with diverse teams to achieve outcomes.
- Industry experience in home services, utilities, or customer-centric sectors is a strong asset.
