Partner with the best

As a Lead Application Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Identifying top opportunities for growing the business through product development

- Working with repair facilities to improve quality of products and margin delivery

- Developmenting of new products to improve drilling performance, growing market share as well as driving a clear product strategy for the basin

- Providing/presenting technical support and application expertise to the sales and operations teams

- Working with customer to analyze and optimize drilling performance and provide clear solutions through technical presentations

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Petroleum preferred) or similar degree

- Have 2 years in engineering role in the oil/gas industry, 5 years preferred

- Have 1 year minimum experience in Drill Bits, 3 years preferred

- Have experience in delivering technical presentations to customers

- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm but will need to be flexible for client needs

- Must be okay with travelling to Hobbs, NM two times a week.
