We are looking for a Lead Accountant to join our Ketchikan enterprise, who will have the opportunity to lead and manage the finance function of our branch.

As the Lead Accountant, you will oversee all financial activities relating to daily operations The ideal candidate will be familiar with basic accounting procedures and standard accounting practices.

You will be working closely with our Juneau Branch to manage all the financial responsibilities out of the Ketchikan Branch.

Responsibilities:

Perform all duties related to Accounting out of the Ketchikan Branch

Posting and updating Daily Journal Entries

Manage and become familiar with CDK (Dealer Management System)

Assist in processing Payroll

Prepare Weekly reports for internal Audits

Enter Vendor Bills and Submit to management for payment

Manage Customer AR Statement

Send out Bills to customers

Setup assets and liabilities accounts for new and rental equipment

Work with all the other department within the company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
