International Residence Hall is the Nation’s most experienced operator of Employee Housing for BridgeUSA J1 Work Travel Students. We provide a comfortable, safe, and welcoming home-away-from-home to people from at least 30 different countries and we have served local employers large and small.

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscaping and Maintenance Technician to join our team at the International Residence Hall. This role is responsible for maintaining the exterior grounds as well as performing general building maintenance duties in and around our housing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in both landscaping and general maintenance, ensuring that the residence hall remains safe, functional, and visually appealing.
