What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

•

Performing lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing for residential and commercial properties.

•

Managing weed control, pruning, seasonal clean-ups, and mulch applications.

•

Maintaining plant health and property cleanliness.

•

Safely operating zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other equipment.

•

Reporting property conditions and ensuring work meets our quality standards.

•

Communicating effectively with teammates and supervisors.

Requirements

•

At least 18 years old.

•

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

•

Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

•

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Work Schedule & Compensation

•

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional Saturdays/overtime as needed).

•

Pay: Bi-weekly, competitive based on experience.

•

Overtime: Requires prior approval beyond 40 hours/week.

•

Preferred Experience

•

1 year of lawn or landscape maintenance (preferred but not required).
