Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to oversee and manage our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for landscape maintenance, tree care, and groundskeeping. This role involves supervising crew members, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients.

Duties

•

Lead and supervise a team of landscapers in various landscaping projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

•

Plan and execute landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation.

•

Train crew members on best practices in landscaping techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.

•

Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition; report any repairs needed promptly.

•

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

•

Build and maintain relationships with clients by delivering quality results on time.

Experience

•

Proven experience in landscape maintenance.

•

Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.

•

Knowledge of irrigation systems, plant care, and landscape design principles is beneficial.

•

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

•

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
