Join Ables Landscapes, an award-winning landscape company based in Charleston, SC. With over 45 years of experience in creating beautiful outdoor living spaces, we provide Design, Build, and Maintenance services. We are currently seeking a Fine Gardening and Landscape Maintenance Crew member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be aligned with our mission to glorify God by connecting people to something beautiful and will be excited about being associated with the best in the business.

Responsibilities

•

Work alongside the Director of Landscape Maintenance, Account Managers, and Crew Leader to ensure the maintenance of properties.

•

Utilize small engine equipment and other tools including weed eaters, blowers, lawn mowers, and hedge trimmers.

•

Communicate effectively with Crew Leader in a way that fosters growth and development.

•

Coordinate daily tasks with Crew Leader.

•

Create, foster, and maintain relationships with customers.

•

Have a working knowledge of daily maintenance routes.

Qualifications

•

Possesses the ability to utilize equipment and tools effectively in order to perform detailed maintenance duties such as hand-pruning, installing and maintaining small shrubs and perennials, watering, mulching, fertilizing.

•

Knowledge of horticulture and plant characteristics.

•

Strong attention to detail.

•

Dependable; consistently at work and on time, responds appropriately to management direction and commits to the overall company goals.

Compensation

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
