Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscape maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This role involves supervising a team, overseeing landscape projects, and ensuring the highest standards of landscape care and maintenance.
Responsibilities
•
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscape maintenance crew.
•
Maintain and irrigate landscapes, ensuring optimal health and appearance of plants and gardens.
•
Build and install various landscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
•
Perform tree care, including pruning, planting, and removal as needed.
•
Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, weeding, and fertilizing.
•
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in groundskeeping.
•
Train team members on proper landscaping techniques and equipment usage.
•
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Requirements
•
Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field.
•
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
•
Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscape design principles.
•
Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
•
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
•
Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
•
Valid driver's license is preferred.

Pay: $17.50 - $20.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
