Summary

As a Landscape Supervisor at Swimming Pool Services Inc., you will lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional landscaping services for our pool and spa projects. This role is vital to ensuring that our clients’ outdoor spaces are beautifully designed and meticulously maintained, reflecting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Oversee landscape installation projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Lead and manage a team of landscapers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

•

Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.

•

Implement effective landscape maintenance practices to enhance the appearance of properties.

•

Manage irrigation systems to ensure optimal water usage and plant health.

•

Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

•

Train team members on best practices in landscaping techniques and equipment usage.

•

Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience in landscape design and maintenance, particularly in pool or spa environments.

•

Strong skills in building landscapes that enhance outdoor aesthetics.

•

Knowledge of irrigation systems and tree care best practices is essential.

•

Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.

Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members alike.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

•

Familiarity with lawn care techniques and maintenance schedules is preferred.
