You will maintain grounds of properties using hand/power tools or equipment. You will typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: lay sod/turf, mulch, mow, trim, plant, water, fertilize, dig, and rake.
· A willingness to work closely with a team.
· Ability to lift at least 50 pounds on a regular basis.
· Ability to work around bees, poison ivy, pollen, thorns, and other environmental risks.
· Ability to stand, walk, and sit unassisted for up to 12 hours per day.
· Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
· Ability to work up to 50-65 hours per week through peak season.
· Ability to work up to 6 days per week.
*A valid driver's license with no restrictions is required.
