What We’re Looking For

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning (NFPA 96 compliance knowledge, or IKECA certification is a plus)

- Strong work ethic and pride in doing the job right

- Desire to grow beyond “just another job”

- Willingness to relocate to Fargo for training in our processes and procedures

- Ability to learn and follow our detailed systems and customer standards

- Oversee daily Scheduling operations in your assigned area

- Train, supervise, and support your own Tech Teams

- Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met

- Perform hands-on hood cleaning as needed

- Communicate with clients and report to senior management, and upper office staff

- Willingness to work nights and days

- Ability to lead by example and build a high-performing team

- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for training

- Experience in commercial cleaning or leadership is a plus — but not required
