Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in-store. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting sales staff in driving sales, building customer relationships, and helping grow our market presence. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Build relationships with new and existing customers, address their needs, answer inquiries, and help provide tailored solutions face to face.

Product Knowledge: Learn and stay informed about product offerings, pricing, and promotions to effectively assist customers and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
•
Sales Administration: Manage customer data, input orders, and update sales records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
•
Marketing Support: Help create and distribute promotional materials, attend local events or trade shows, and support marketing campaigns as needed.
•
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications:

Sales Experience: Prior experience in a sales, retail, or customer service role is a plus but not required.
•
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
•
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate records.
