Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for sales and customer service? We are looking for a Sales Representative in our Grande Prairie location who thrives in a fast-paced environment to help drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships. This role is perfect for someone with field exposure, technical understanding, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Relations Duties:
•Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
•Proactively identify new sales opportunities and upsell during service interactions.
•Respond to client calls regarding service needs and provide prompt solutions.
•Deliver engaging product demonstrations and effectively communicate ROI.
•Prepare detailed quotes and follow through to close sales.
•Track sales activity, maintain CRM records, and build your sales pipeline.
•Stay current on AMGAS products, services, and industry developments.
Field & Operational Duties:
•Work closely with operations to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
•Participate in field service visits as required, representing AMGAS professionally on-site.
Education & Certifications:
•High School Diploma required; post-secondary education in Business, Oil & Gas Operations, or Sales Strategy is an asset.
•Valid Class 5 Driver's License (clean driving record obtained within the last 30 days).
•Current certifications: H2S Alive, WHMIS, Standard First Aid/CPR
Experience:
•Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the oil and gas service sector.
•Familiarity with production chemicals, emission control equipment, or field-based oilfield operations is highly desirable.
•Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is an asset.
