Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Buyer/ Planner to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will collaborate with senior Buyers/Planners and cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency and meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

•

Maintain system data accuracy, including lead-time, order minimums, supplier information, and current purchase order data

•

Prepare and manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.

•

Collaborating with the department team to assess procurement needs.

•

Analyze purchasing data to optimize inventory decisions.

•

Provide back-up support for supply chain functions including Purchasing, Logistics, Production Scheduling, and other duties as assigned

Skills & Competencies

Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills, teamwork, results oriented, ability to calculate figures and amounts, familiarity with the manufacturing industry.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft office and experience with ERP systems

Proven experience of at least 1 year in a similar role is a plus.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

The employee must be able to stand, sit, and use hands to operate computer systems.
