We are currently seeking a well-organized and reliable individual to join the maintenance department out of our Red Deer district.
- Journeyperson (40 - 47) per/hour
- Signing bonus for Journeyperson ($2,000 after 30 Days of employment & $3,000 after 1 year anniversary)

Heavy Duty Technician, 2nd to 4thyear HET apprentice
- Heavy Duty technician Certificate accompanied with a red seal designation
- Commercial Vehicle Inspection license
- A valid Class 1 or 3 Drivers license would be an asset
- Welding knowledge would be an asset
- Field experience would be an asset
- The qualified Technician will be a member of the maintenance department team responsible for the daily repairs/preventative maintenance of Isolation Equipment Service assets, to work alongside with coordinators and 3rd party vendors.
- Diagnose/troubleshoot & complete repairs on all company equipment which includes, diesel/gas powered automobiles, heavy trucks, oilfield well servicing equipment, cranes, loaders, forklifts, and trailers.
- Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, lubricate and perform other maintenance work, verify and repair emission control systems.
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times and streamline work processes.
- Use of computer to input information on the units and implement them into the company maintenance program regarding work/ purchase orders.
- Order materials/parts that are required to complete the repairs.
- Possess strong leadership & diagnostic skills.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Communicate with Coordinators about out of service and in service units.
- Ensure service documentation is completed as per instructions.
- Become familiar with and comply with the company’s safety manual and report any unsafe practices to a superior.
- Organized and self- motivated with good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 75lbs.
- Update and maintain service records.
- Participate in all required health & safety training.
- Electrical & hydraulic experience.
- Complete job safety analysis.
- Maintain a professional company image at all times.
This is a safety sensitive position that requires the applying individual to pass a drug screening before being hired on. A driver abstract is also needed on start date.
